When you place a pickup order, request a quote, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, billing address, order details, project information, and files or reference images you choose to submit. If you contact us by phone or text, we may also keep the information you provide so we can respond and support your repair, order, or project.

How We Use Information

We use your information to process orders, prepare quotes, review submitted project files, reserve pickup stock, communicate about repairs or pickup timing, send receipts and confirmations, and protect against fraud, spam, or payment issues.

Payments

Online payments are processed through Square. Card information is handled by Square and is not stored directly on this website.

Sharing

We only share information with service providers needed to run the business, such as payment processing, email delivery, and order confirmation services, or where required by law. Quote-request files are used to review and respond to the project and are not displayed publicly.

Project Files

Files submitted through a quote form are temporarily processed for secure email delivery. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or third-party material unless you are authorized to share it. You may ask us to delete project information that is no longer required, subject to legal and operational record-keeping needs.
